Dr. Joyce V. Daniels

Dr. Joyce V. Daniels, a native of Washington, DC., and President of A Greater Love Ministries (AGL), Inc., an Outreach Ministry established in the District of Columbia in 1990. Dr. Daniels spent seven years as a pastor for both civilian and military communities. In 1996, she was endorsed by the CFGC under the leadership of the late Dr. Jim Ammerman. Notably, she served as the first female Chaplain assigned to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. While there, she served the 653rd Combat Logistics Support Squadron, the Medical Group, the 116th Air Control Unit, the 5th Combat Communications Group, director of the Single Airmen Program, and advisor to the Protestant Women of the Chapel. She honorably moved from Active Duty to continued Federal Service. She served five years as Staff Chaplain at the VA Healthcare System in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently serves as a Stellar Volunteer Chaplain at the University of Maryland, Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Maryland. Her diverse federal career has spanned various agencies and departments, including the Pentagon. She retired in 2023 from the Department of the Army. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is an accomplished poet, songwriter, and author of two books, “Present Yourself” and “I Cry Loud.” In addition to her Doctorate, she earned an MBA from Strayer University and an MDiv. from Howard University.
